Experience: Atty. Jumadla has more than fifteen (15) years specialized experience in handling Intellectual Property (IP) matters, particularly IP protection and IP Rights enforcement.
She has been assisting various IP stakeholders, including researchers, inventors, innovators, entrepreneurs, universities and R&D institutions, SMEs as well as multinational companies, government agencies and non-government organizations. Her IP practice also involves collaboration with trademark and patent attorneys worldwide, and with technical and legal teams of various organizations.
Atty. Jumadla has broad professional experience in technical and legal research and analysis, including research and analysis of IP information. Among these are trademark registrability and clearance searches; state of the art, patentability and invalidation searches; as well as freedom to operate.
As senior associate of one of the top IP firms in the Philippines, Atty. Jumadla handled and/or supervised, annually, a portfolio of thousands of patents, utility models, design, and trademark applications entering the Philippine jurisdiction; wherein she reviewed and evaluated the patentability of patent applications, drafted specification and claims, appealed rejections or objections on substantive patentability grounds, i.e., novelty, inventive step, unity of invention of patent applications, and registrability of trademark applications. She handled, as well, various patents and trademark contentious cases; such as trademark oppositions, patent invalidations, and patent infringement cases. Atty. Jumadla also handled the drafting and review of various technology licensing agreements.

Experience: Dr. Schamber is an entrepreneur expert in intercultural business communications and the social aspects of artificial intelligence.
He is of multi-cultural background and has gained vast academic know-how and hands-on practical experience from working across several business functions and across geographies, including being a business manager of a well-known IP Firm in Beijing, China. He works in the German, English and Russian languages, and advises individuals and global organizations on issues relating to his expertise.
Dr. Schamber is a visiting lecturer at several leading business schools and universities in Europe and in Asia, and is frequently invited to speak at diverse international platforms.
Training: Dr. Schamber is a European Coaching Association (ECA) and KE+P (Volkswagen Coaching) certified expat trainer and executive coach. For his doctoral degree, he trained under Prof. Dr. Ulrich Beck, a well-known German sociologist and political philosopher.
